An opportunity to aquire a 44' frontage close to the Oulton Broad area. Has been recently refurbished with new timber and will be laid to grass in the near future. The area is secured by gated access to key-holders.
please note that the boat currently shown on the mooring will be removed shortly and at that point we will upload a more informative image.
Currently there are no existing electric /water facilities although access is via unadopted road with shops 2 miles away.
